  • Apply the learning to day-to-day situations to improve the performance and motivation of your team
Methodology

In the first stage of the course, you will learn the keys to the technique. For this, we will explain the best practice of how to lead different collaborator profiles.

Once you have understood the theory, you will be able to practice. You will meet with four collaborators to present them with a project. Each one has a different maturity level so you will have to adapt your leadership style to achieve the best possible result.

If you want to achieve a high score, you will have to listen to their opinions, analyze their starting situation, help them establish a plan and motivate them to carry it out.

This methodology, based on intensive training, will allow you to quickly internalize the learning.
