In a first phase, you will learn the process you need to follow in order to ensure that your meetings meet your expectations without exceeding your time constraints. In a content divided into small pills of 2-3 minutes, we will explain the best practice so that you can apply it in your day-to-day work.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to train in all the techniques, facing an almost real meeting. The Management Committee of your company has asked you to set up the Association of Former Employees. You will meet Jesús, María and Ricardo, three of your colleagues. Jesús tends to monopolise the meetings with his speeches, María is rather quiet and doesn't like conflicts and Ricardo gets irritated for any reason and tends to create some tension during meetings. It will depend on your management skills to ensure that the meeting meets the established objectives. They will not make it easy.
You can practice as many times as you need to until you have mastered the technique.
