Methodology

There's one thing we all have to admit: we're not good at managing our time. No one teaches us how to do it, so the habits we develop are not productive. And the truth is that it's a bit sad, because as you get older you realise that the most precious thing you have is your time. Every minute that passes is a minute you can't get back, and there are so many ways of wasting time... We tend to focus on the tasks we are good at, whether or not they are important to us, or on the ones that give us a momentary sense of well-being: social networks, whatsapp... you name it. The point is to procrastinate. Stop doing things that are important to us in order to attend to others... that are not so important to us.

Just because we are bad at managing our time does not mean that it is not essential for our wellbeing. In fact, the choice of books and courses is endless. We spend a lot of money trying to find a solution to this problem.

Most of the solutions offered on the market are complex. They are too time-consuming and in my opinion they take a lot of detours to explain concepts that, in the end, are much simpler than all of that.

In this course you will learn the 6 routines you need to change and a simple way to do it This method has already been put into practice by thousands of people: it works.

In just a few weeks you will regain control of your time and forget about stress forever.
